Our NuCompass OnSite Agents are destination experts who also provide expanded on-the-ground assistance to the assignee as an extension of the NuCompass Consultant - providing immediate, high-touch, ongoing support, and issue resolution. The NuCompass OnSite Agent:
- Serves as a local, in-country resource for the assignee and family Assists with settling-in services
- Provides proactive outreach upon moving into temporary accommodations
- Coordinates with providers when issues occur outside business hours
- Assists with locating permanent housing
- Provides support for household goods delivery
The primary difference from a standard Destination Service Provider (DSP) model is that the NuCompass OnSite Agent is integrated with our technology, has access to client policy information and log notes, and is specially trained to assist with issues related to all relocation services, not only destination services. This ensures consistency of service across all NuCompass OnSite Agents, in any location.
Working as an extension of the NuCompass Global Consultant, we have found that our NuCompass OnSite® model improves communications and response times, eliminating any time zone and language issues. We have achieved an overall rating of 96% for employee satisfaction specific to international moves.
