With burnout on the rise, companies can’t afford to lose any of their workforce – and organizations are reacting. In fact, according to this HBR survey, 98% of human resource leaders and C-suite decision-makers from across the U.S. plan to newly offer or expand at least one benefit due to lessons learned during this pandemic. If one good thing came out of COVID-19, it’s the reimagination of work-life balance and putting people’s needs first.
