IMPORTANT: Planned System Maintenance

We’re making some behind-the-scenes upgrades to strengthen our server capacity and enhance overall system performance. It’s part of our ongoing commitment to smarter, faster, more reliable tech.

To complete the work, CoPilot® will be offline during a scheduled maintenance window. We selected this timeframe intentionally to minimize disruption for you and your relocating employees.

What this means for you:

  • CoPilot Client & Employee Portals. Access to both portals will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window.
  • Email. All NuCompass email systems will remain fully operational.
  • After maintenance is complete. Once the upgrade wraps, you’ll log back in and use CoPilot exactly as you do today. No new workflows. No surprises. Just stronger infrastructure supporting the experience you already know.

Your active transferees and assignees will receive a similar notification regarding the brief outage.
