NuCompass Expands Headquarters Staff

Relocation solution and software provider NuCompass Mobility adds relocation staff to Pleasanton, Calif. headquarters to service global mobility clients

We are pleased to announce the addition of Client Partnership and Operations staff in our headquarters office in Pleasanton, CA.

New members to the team include:

  • BRANDY COOPER, Director, Client Relations

Brandy joins NuCompass as a seasoned client services professional with a solid background in strategic client relations expertise. She has been in the relocation industry since 2004. Brandy is responsible for the overall account management and relationship success of select clients. Brandy has received a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Duke University, an Executive MBA in Strategic Management from California State University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from San Jose State University. Brandy has also received the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from Worldwide ERC, and received an EMMA award from the Forum for Expatriate Management for Outstanding Partnership.

  • SAMMY FERRILL, Operations Manager

Sammy has more than 13 years of relocation experience. He manages the Pleasanton-based service delivery teams for all departure, destination, and program services. Sammy maintains his Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation and is an active member of the Worldwide ERC.

  • JANINE GERBER, Senior Relocation Consultant

Janine has been in the relocation industry for over 7 years and has more than 16 years of customer service experience. She has won numerous awards for her high-touch customer service. She has earned the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation from Worldwide ERC. Janine graduated in 2015 from Heald Business College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.

  • CLAUDIA BORZONE, Consultant

Claudia is an industry veteran with 10 years of corporate relocation experience in all aspects of service delivery. Claudia also spent 8 years as an Escrow Assistant in the Title and Escrow field. Claudia graduated from San Jose State University with a B.A. in Home Economics and a minor in Business.
